OREANDA-NEWS. August 21, 2007. 21 August 2007 the board of directors of Ust-Luga Company has approved the obtaining of the yearly unrenewable credit line from Sankt-Peterburg Bank for the amount of $27 mln. with the possibility of 2 subsequent prolongations of the credit for a period oof 2 years each.

The company plans to use these funds to finance its current activities. As the guarantee of the credit line the company granted 501 shares of the Multi-purpose handling complex JSC to the bank.

Also the company is obliged to include the bank's attributes in the agreement on obtaining the financing from the investment fund for the realizations of the "Yug-2" handling complex project.
