OREANDA-NEWS. October 30, 2007. The Chairman of the Board of Directors Group of Companies “Siberian Agrarian Holding” (SAHO) Skourikhin Pavel Valerievich and the Governor of Tula region Vyacheslav Dudka have signed the cooperation agreement by implementing investment project.

The document regulating realization of the project for SAHO subsidiary agro holding development has been signed in Tula within the limits of the II Economic Forum that took place in this region.

It is supposed to invest 980 mln. rub. into SAHO agroindustrial project in Tula region (Growing grain and oil-bearing crops) and to increase crop storing capacities. Under the project Siberian Agrarian Holding shall purchase sawn areas in some Tula districts and equip the farms with high-tech machinery. There will be more than 400 new working places in the region with SAHO subsidiary agro holding development.

Grain growing and storing capacities base development will take place simultaneously. The project implementation began in April, 2007, when the first agricultural farm in Tula region has been incorporated into SAHO. The holding succeeded in sawing campaign and purchased new agricultural machinery. There was a rich crop in Tula lands in autumn, winter wheat and rape sowing campaign took place in Teplo-Ogarevskoye, Kurkinskoye and Chernskoye farms.

SAHO-Agro-Tula investment project is implemented in close cooperation with Tula authority, supporting SAHO under applicable regional legislation.
