OREANDA-NEWS. November 26, 2007.  Bank Electronika has announced a change in the placement date of its second bonded debt. The Bank has carried over the placement date of its series 02 obligations from November 19 to December 12, 2007. Placement will be for 500 million rubles.

The prospectus and decision for issuing interest-bearing, documentary, non-convertible obligations payable to bearer with mandatory centralized deposit, series 02 Bank Electronika, were registered by the Moscow Main Territorial Authority of the Bank of Russia on August 3, 2007. The original date of placement had been set as November 19, 2007.

Size of the issue – 500 million rubles
Nominal value of one obligation – 1,000 rubles
Term to maturity – three years
Coupon payments – quarterly
Offer – in one year
Method of placement – open subscription
Government registration number and date – 40200488В on August 3, 2007

Igor Potapov, Treasurer of Bank Electronika, commented on the change in placement date for the Bank’s obligations: “A new date for placing the obligations – December 12 – was fixed because by that moment the Bank will be able to show first results in realizing its new retail strategy. The opening of new offices of Bank Electronika will boost interest in the Bank’s obligations. Moreover, we forecast a more propitious environment for market liquidity in December.”
