On January 14, 2007 ATFBank JSC (Almaty), being the listing company of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) had provided KASE with the copy of license of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations (AFS) for conduction of banking and other operations and activity on securities' market dated December 28, 2007 #239, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the message of the bank was stopped the action of next licenses of ATFBank JSC:

- for conduction of banking and other operations, executed by banks in   national and foreign currency dated February 3, 2007 #239;

- for conduction of broker and dealer activities on the market of securities   with right of maintenance the accounts of clients as nominal holder dated   May 8, 2003 # 0401100649;

- for conduction of custodial activity on market of securities dated November 27, 2003 # 0407100197.
