OREANDA-NEWS  On 16 October was announced, that PAVA specialists (www.apkhleb.ru) give a positive estimate to the work undertaken within the last three quarters of the current year. Plans for product sales were fulfilled monthly. For instance, in September, more than 32,000 tonnes of products of grain processing were sold.

Following the results of 9 months, the analysis of clients has been conducted, according to which customers of group A were identified. It included manufacturers and wholesalers of the Irkutsk, Tyumen and Kemerovo regions, the Primorie Territory and others. For the first time, companies from the Altay Territory were part of this category. Sales of PAVA’s products gained significantly in the Chelyabinsk and Kurgan regions, by as much as 20%.

According to Angela Kiseleva, the end of Q3 was marked by stabilization of flour prices and this allows to give more accurate forecasts of the mid-term sales volume at the beginning of the marketing year. “Price for flour fluctuated for some time; today, however, we can speak about stabilization of the Russian flour market. And a significant factor here is the large volumes of export shipments. It allows to free the domestic market from the surplus of flour and is a guarantee of steady development. For example, at the end of September we already had export contracts for over 4,000 tonnes of flour to be shipped in October”, commented Angela Kiseleva.

Another issue to be summarized was working with consumer-size products. Since early 2008, the largest grain processor of Siberia and the Far East has implemented a new promotional campaign for PAVA and Altay-Batyushka brands. Success of the results is obvious: the graph of sales has been characterized by an upward trend during several months. Leaders in sales of consumer-size products during the 3 quarters were represented by companies from the Samara and Saratov regions and the Tatarstan Republic. It should be noted that shipments to Saratov and Samara have been growing constantly throughout the period.

PAVA structure comprises three flour mills and each of them is oriented on certain regions. Mikhailovsky flour mill (the Altay Territory) manufactures products for the Ural regions, Rebrikha mill (the Altay Territory) – for the European part of the country, whereas Achinsk mill (the Krasnoyarsk Territory) mainly supplies the Eastern regions. Mikhailovsky flour mill (PAVA structural unit in the Altay Territory) has expanded production of consumer-size products three times. First of all, it shows that the Ural region is increasing consumption of these products. Growth of production as well as sales is continuing steadily, the dynamics of development can be seen every month. Thus, for instance, production volume in September grew 30% compared to August of the current year.

Growth of production volume was also seen at Achinsk flour mill. Rebrikha shows invariably high working results.
