OREANDA-NEWS. July 09, 2009. ROSNO’s Ural Directorate has concluded a property insurance contract with a private individual for the total insurance amount of 23,560,631 roubles. The six-room apartment located at Vainer Street, with the total space of 171 sq. m., has been covered under the Megapolis insurance program, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The contract covers the apartment’s structural elements, internal furnishings and plumbing systems, as well as movable property, such as furniture, electronic household appliances, built-in kitchen, acoustic system, etc. The apartment’s structural elements have been protected against the full set of risks: fire, lightning stroke, falling aircraft, flood, natural disasters, falling trees and poles.

The apartment’s internal furnishings and household property have been insured under the extended set of risks, additionally including flood due to malfunctioning washing machines or dishwashers, stealage of door keys to the doors of the insured apartment, costs of early return from vacation, costs of hiring another residential premise for the duration of repairs, and cleaning-up expenses of up to 10% of the amount of damage. In addition, the contract covers the apartment owner’s civil liability for infliction of damage to third parties in course of use of this residential premise.

The contract has been concluded for one year and can be extended.
