OREANDA-NEWS. On 22 July 2009 was announced, that in accordance with the decision of the annual general shareholders’ meeting TransCreditBank transferred 226,23 mln Rubles for the payment of 2008 dividends on common stock. Given the fact that the bank has already paid 112,915 mln Rubles as dividends on common stock for 9 months of 2008, total dividends for 2008 amounted to 339,145 mln Rubles or 13,1 % of net profit of the Bank according to RAS. This exceeds the amount recommended by the Dividend policy statement of the bank (not less than 10 % of net profit).

As of July 16, 2009 the shareholders of the Bank received more than 99 % of the total accrued dividends.
