Sistema placed an offer to the minority of Bashneft by 26.5% lower than the market. AFK Sistema directed an offer to minority holders of Bashneft on the purchases of the common shares they own, imparts the message of the company.

Sistema: vertical integration on behalf of Bashneft. AFK Sistema, will consider the matter of selling the controlling portfolios is Bashkiria’s FEC enterprises – Ufaneftehim, Novooil, Ufaorgsintez, Ufa refinery and Bashkirnefteproduct – to Bashneft, imparts the message of Sistema.

WGC-1 reported by IAS for 6 months of 2009. Sales of WGC-1 within 6 months 2009 formed 23.3 bn RUR, which is 6% less than in 1H 2008. The main reason of the given estimate reduction was the optimization of WGC-1 power stations’ output due to the drop of power consumption in the regions of SRPS presence and primal reload of the thermal generation, also the reduction of the competitive prices at the free sector of the power energy market.
