OREANDA-NEWS. October 14, 2009. Starting from 1st October 2009, OJSC N.W. Telecom is expanding its products range under the Internet +PC programme implemented jointly with the Intel company. Now client s of North-West Telecom will be able to hire-purchase an MSI VX 600 full-size economy-class notebook with all necessary features in all regions of the Northwestern Federal District, when getting connected to the Avangard Internet broadband access service.

To participate in the programme, an individual subscriber of OJSC N.W.Telecom must make a contract for using the Avangard service under one of the limitless rate plans (except for economy rates) for a period of 6 or 12 months. Immediately upon making a fixed-term contract, a subscriber may acquire an MSI VX 600 full-size notebook on an interest-free installment plan for the contractual period (i.e. 6 or 12 months).

A personal computer may be acquired when getting connected to the Avangard service at OJSC N.W. Telecom's Sale and Service Points. Current subscriber s for the Avangard service who have not yet made a fixed-term contract may take part in the programme, too, provided they make such a contract.

The MSI VX 600 notebook model offered under the Avangard+PC programme has the following characteristics:
Intel® Core™2 Duo(Penryn) process or;
2 GB memory ( DDR 2 533/667);
15.4" 1280 x 800 WXGA great display;
ATi Mobility Radeon HD3410 graphic unit;
160 GB hard disk;
DVD Super Multi , card reader 4-in-1 (SD / MMC / MS / XD), 1.3M web cam, speakers;
Dimensions: length: 358 mm; width: 259 mm, height: 27~33 mm.

Upon client 's discretion , the first installment for the notebook may be 3,240 or 6,480 roubles, i.e. 15% or 30% of the total price respectively. The monthly installment in case of making the contract for 6 months will make 3,060 or 2,520 roubles, and that for 12 months 1,530 or 1,260 roubles depending on the amount of the first installment.

The Avangard+PC programme has been successfully implemented in all regions of the Northwestern Federal District for 10 months. Over 2,500 people have taken part in the programme for this period. OJSC N.W. Telecom's product offer has expanded by the model range and is now embracing the entire price range and PC levels both in the segment of laptops and in that of desktops. Today OJSC N.W.
