OREANDA-NEWS. October 22, 2009. The representatives of "Aviacon Tzitotrans" took part in the Second European Congress on transport aviation.

Valery Saveljev, the chairman of the Directors Board of "Aviacon Tzitotrans" made a report about the market of ramp transportation and perspectives of unique aircraft IL-76 exploitation. This aircraft is used all over the world to deliver humanitarian, military and commercial cargoes and it is easy to use for these purposes because it needn’t special loading equipment. However, in spite of the constant demand, the supply of IL-76 is gradually decreasing. The specialists of "Aviacon Tzitotrans" say that in 2014-2020 the downfall will be expected when the rest aircrafts IL-76 can’t satisfy the demand and it will lead to the fail of important strategic projects. "Supplying of home defense export and the participation of Russian commercial operators in the international humanitarian and peacemaking operations will be under the threat", explained Valery Saveljev in his report.

To save the unique potential of IL-76, to slow down the rates of Il-76 being out from flying validity  and also positively influence on the  home aircraft’s image on the world market it is important to follow three steps: to prolong the flying validity of the aircraft on technical condition, to modernize IL-76 effectively and exclude illegitimate exploitation of IL-76.

In the end of the report Valery Saveljev  shared his experiences on effective modernization of aircrafts and called the participants of the conference to constructive dialogue for supplying Russian market of air cargo transportation.
