MegaFon Launched 3G Network in Chechen Republic
OREANDA-NEWS. October 27, 2009. MegaFon announce launch of 3G network commercial operation throughout the whole Chechen Republic.

The new technology will allow expanding functionality of mobile communication for our subscribers who face low quality of wire-line Internet because of external circumstances”.
