OREANDA-NEWS. December 21, 2009. The Azerbaijan Bank Education Centre (ABEC) invites to preparatory courses to receive international diploma in the program CIPA-Certified International Professional Accountant.

ABEC informed that the program which has two international diplomas of high level: CAP-Certified Accountant Practitioner and International Professional Accountant (CIPA), will begin on January 25, 2010.
