OREANDA-NEWS. March 12, 2010. During realisation of the long-term cooperation Agreement between the Government of Murmansk region and JSC TransCreditBank, signed in autumn 2009, TransCreditBank took part in the public auction on granting a credit facility to the region. The Bank was announced the winner and as a result of the auction, the agreements with the Ministry of Finance of Murmansk region on opening of three revolving credit facilities for the period from 547 to 730 days for the total amount of RUB 700 mln were signed.

TransCreditBank plans also to extend the loan of RUB 392 mln to the Krasnoyarsk City Administration till the end of the first quarter of 2010. The loan will be granted within the signed municipal contract on the credit facility with the total limit of RUB 592 mln for the city budget deficit financing. The first tranche of the loan of RUB 200 mln was extended to the City Administration by the Bank in December 2009.

High level of reliability and constant positive development dynamics allow TransCreditBank to establish cooperation with the substituent entities of the Russian Federation actively, assisting in implementation of their social and economic programmes. Thus, in 2007-2009 the Bank extended loans to the City Administrations of Saratov, Omsk, Chelyabinsk and also to Irkutsk, Saratov, Tomsk, Novosibirsk, Sakhalin regions and Republic of Karelia for the total amount of about RUB 7 bln.
