OREANDA-NEWS. April 23, 2010. As a result of SCM Group business restructuring in coal engineering sector, the Group has transferred shares of some assets to the Cyprian subsidiary UMBH (Ukrainian Machine Building Holding) Limited, which is 100% owned by SCM Group.

In particular, UMBH Ltd received the following assets:

O  Sverdlovsk Heavy Engineering Plant - 50%

O  Donetsk Power Equipment Plant - 19.5% (the total shareholding ofUMBH made 86.08% of the plant)

O  Gorlovskiy Mashinostroitel - 99.74%

O  Svet Shakhtyora Kharkov Heavy Engineering Plant - 23.91%

Consolidation of coal engineering assets within a single corporate centre will help improve business transparency and make it clear for the partners and investors.
