OREANDA-NEWS. July 05, 2010. Intourist, the largest vertically integrated tourist holding in Russia, announces the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which was held, reported the press-centre of Intourist.

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ratified the new structure of company’s Board of directors:

1. Anna Andreeva, Director of the development and control over business unit “Consumer Assets” Department of JSFC Sistema;

2. Grigory Antyufeev, Chairman of Tourism Committee of Moscow City;

3. Alexander Arutyunov, President VAO Intourist;

4. Aleksej Buyanov, Senior Vice President, Head of Financial functional division JSFC Sistema;

5. Felix Evtushenkov, Vice President, Head of JSFC Sistema business unit “Consumer Assets”;

6. Georgy Kravchenko, Executive Vice President of JSFC Sistema business unit “Consumers Assets”;

7. John Lindquist, Senior Advisor, Senior Partner, Vice President of Boston consulting group;

8. Anton Poskonin, Head of section of Moscow Property Department;

9. Igor Troitsky, Director of the portfolio strategy Department of the strategy and development.

The first meeting of the Board of directors, which took place after the shareholders’ meeting, voted for Felix Evtushenkov as a Chairman of the Board of directors.

Felix Evtushenkov, Chairman of the Board of Directors VAO Intourist, noted: “Intourist has significantly strengthened its positions in all segments of the tourism and hospitality industry in previous few years and now became a leader of the Russian tourist market. Today the primary goal for Intourist is to maximize the efficiency of company’s activity and to increase the cost of the company.

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders has approved the Annual report for 2009 and the Annual Account Report, including the profits and losses report of the company for 2009. Finexpertiza Ltd was chosen as an auditor of the company for 2010. Also the new version of the Charter of VAO Intourist and the new version of the Regulations on the General Shareholders Meeting of VAO Intourist were ratified.
