Music Festival from Autoradio Takes Place in 3D Format
OREANDA-NEWS. July 19,
For the first time ever in the history of the world show-business a music festival will use a specially developed unique set design with three-dimensional images which will allow Autoradio to hold the 3D-show in real time.
80’s Disco-3D is to become the pioneer in implementation of principally new entertainment solutions.
“We managed to turn this nostalgic festival into a fashionable and spectacular show with modern sound and special effects, and now we’ve also brought it into the hi-tech era. We are integrating the 3D technology in combination with special effects, sound effects and screen video projections so that the spectators through the special 3D glasses can enjoy the sight of particular elements of the set which in real life don’t exist by themselves! Our idea, called Diskoteka 80-3D, turned out to be truly innovative – no one in the world has never done anything like that before. In essence we are dealing with a mini-revolution in the show business”, says the president of the Prof-Media Broadcasting Corporation, general producer of the 80’s Disco Festival, Yuri Kostin.
The DVD version of the festival is planned for a release on blue-ray with the use of 3D technologies. Each blue-ray DVD will be sold with a set of special 3D glasses – the same as will be issued to the visitors of the show in
80’s Disco-3D will feature only the top artists from that decade. And even though it’s believed that during eight years of the festival’s existence Autoradio has already brought to Russia practically all of the considerable start of the 80’s – there will be surprises!
The TV-coverage of the 9th 80’s Disco Festival, as traditionally, will be done by Channel One Russia.
