OREANDA-NEWS. July 29, 2010. Almaty-based Delta Bank, listing on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of changes to the share issue prospectus, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The changes were registered with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (FSA) on July 14, 2010 and made after changes in the Board of directors and organization structure of Delta Bank, and data on branches and representative offices of the company.
