OREANDA-NEWS. September 1, 2010. DIXY Group – one of the leading food and FMCG retailers in Russian Federation – has announced revenue growth of 15.6% in Russian rubles (26% in USD) for the seven months of 2010 over the same period last year.1,2.

Dixy Group’s total revenue for the seven months of 2010 amounted to RUR 36,046 million, representing a 15.6% increase over RUR 31,172 million for the same period of 2009.3 In USD terms revenue increased by 26% to 1,195 million, compared to USD 949 million for the seven months of 2009.

Retail revenue from Dixy stores for the seven months of 2010 amounted to RUR 30,338 million (USD 1,006 million), which represents a 16.6% growth in RUR (26.9% in USD) over the same period of 2009.

Retail revenue from Megamart stores for the seven months of 2010 amounted to RUR 4,057 million (USD 135 million), which represents a 15.5% growth in RUR (25.8% in USD) over the same period of 2009.

Retail revenue from Minimart stores for the first seven months of 2010 amounted to RUR 1,251 million (USD 41 million), which represents a 7.5% growth in RUR (17.1% in USD) over the same period of 2009.

Revenue from other activities, such as marketing revenue, sublease income and wholesale revenue amounted to RUR 401 million (USD 13 million).
