OREANDA-NEWS. September 6, 2010. Belarus’ output of soft drinks rose 8.9% year-on-year in January-July 2010 to 335.1 billion Belarusian rubles (Br), the National Statistics Committee said in a statement.

In volume terms, soft drink output reached 21.5 million decaliters, up 10.8% on the year in the first seven months, and mineral water output was at 238.4 million half-liters, up 7.6%.

Drinking water production amounted to 6.049 million decaliters, up 22.3%.

Inventories of soft drinks were at 45.4% of the average monthly output, or 21.7 billion rubles in value terms. (Br2,999 - USD 1)
