OREANDA-NEWS. September 27, 2010. The world-famous chain of ice-cream cafe Baskin-Robbins opened a parlor at Moscow Domodedovo Airport. The one has become the ninth cafe opened by the company in Russia and the 146th in the world.

The parlor at the airport will operate round the clock enabling even those of passengers waiting for early morning flights to assess some of 129 ice-cream flavours.

The first Baskin-Robbins joint enterprise in Russia - Baskin Robbins Company Soviet International - was incorporated in 1990. In 1996 in Moscow was opened the largest European factory for the production of premium ice cream meeting international standards. The chain of Baskin-Robbins ice cream parlors is represented in 68 cities of Russia and the CIS.>

Moscow Domodedovo Airport is the largest airport of Russia. Its market share in total passenger traffic in Moscow Aviation Hub makes 46%. At the moment 77 partner airlines (48 foreign including 12 representing the CIS States and 29 Russian) connecting over 233 destinations operate flights all over the world.
