OREANDA-NEWS. June 21, 2011.  Facility management company Invalda Service (Inservice) is actively expanding its activity and will purchase the company Jurita that supervises residential houses in capital’s Justiniskes catchment area.
 
The company VOLO offered the highest price – 2.519 million LTL – in the auction, which took place on Wednesday, of 100 percent shares’ of Jurita privatization.
 
In Justiniskes Jurita supervises 76 blocks of flats, which total area is about 151,7 thousand square meters.
 
“We want to be appreciated for the quality, so the change of Jurita ownership will be beneficial for inhabitants”, said Inservice director Rimvydas Ramanauskas. He emphasized that Inservice will continue to expand actively in the whole Lithuania and is willing to consider any proposal for new purchases.
 
In 2010 Jurita received 2.955 million LTL revenue and had 145 thousand LTL loss. In 2010, Inservice and Priemiestis (facility management companies of Invalda group) reached 10 million LTL turnover.
 
Inservice and Priemiestis area of supervised buildings is nearly 1 million square meters.
