OREANDA-NEWS.  January 25, 2012. KAMAZ’s subsidiary in the Republic of Bashkortostan –Tuimazinskiy Zavod Avtobetonovozov – summed up the results of 2011 which was a rather successful year for the enterprise in all respects.

According to Alla Kiyko, Commercial Director of TZA, the enterprise fulfilled all plans for production and sales of finished products in 2011. During 12 months of the last year, the company shipped products to the tune of 960 million rubles, which is twice higher than in 2010.

Sales in the segment of concrete carriers were increased: the enterprise sold 4 times as many truck mixers and 2 times as many concrete pumps as last year. This was promoted by the elimination of post-crisis phenomena in the construction industry, the recovery on the market of road construction equipment, and support of OJSC KAMAZ. So, thanks to cooperation with Foreign Trade Company KAMAZ and the Department of Marketing and Advertising of KAMAZ, special vehicles under the TZA brand managed to strengthen their positions on the Russian market. Cooperating with Foreign Trade Company KAMAZ, the enterprise supplied a large batch of inclined-axis mixers to Cuba.

The 2011 best sellers were inclined-axis mixers and autoconcrete pumps. Fire-fighting equipment was also sold very well. Two new models were added to the line-up of inclined-axis mixers: a 7 cbm mixer built on a restyled chassis KAMAZ-65115 with new design modifications enhancing its customer appeal and a 6 cbm inclined-axis mixer on an all-wheel drive chassis KAMAZ-43118. There was also a market for a renewed line-up of TZA-Waitzinger concrete pumps (boom length 37, 42, and 47 meters) on KAMAZ chassis.
