RTEC Became Partner of "Infoforum-2012" Information Security Forum
OREANDA-NEWS. February 1, 2012. Russian Telecom Equipment Company (RTEC) announced that it had obtained a partner status for the "Infoforum-2012" - 14th National Information Security Forum to be held on February 7-8 in the building of the Moscow Government. The main subject of the forthcoming forum is "Information security of Russia in the global information society".
At the "Infoforum" which is considered one of the largest IT-events in Russia, Sergey Seleznev, RTEC project manager, will speak about the company's activities in building complex automated security systems (CASS). This presentation will be made in the section "Secure city: innovative solutions for safety and security of the population". In his report Mr.Seleznev will talk about city-wide or regional governance as management of critically important infrastructure objects that must be secure to guarantee security of the whole city or region. The "Secure city" section will be held on February 7 at 13.00 in sector B.
Besides, Andrey Badalov, first deputy director general, RTEC, will be one of the moderators in the section "Next generation data systems in government agencies: information security issues". Moreover, "Infoforum" will include an exhibition supported by leading international and Russian IT companies. At the exhibition, RTEC will demonstrate trusted telecommunications equipment produced in Russia at manufacturing facilities of State Corporation "Rostechnologii".
