OREANDA-NEWS. February 10, 2012. The new Ural Airlines route Yekaterinburg – Harbin has seen its first flight.  The new flight will be operated weekly on Saturdays, flight time is 5 hours 50 minutes.  Minimum fare for the round trip is 489 euro*.   The high demand for the new destination is demonstrated by the fact that the very first flight from Harbin brought 130 passengers to Yekaterinburg.

Destinations in China are amongst the most rapidly developing ones, and a priority for Ural Airlines.  The airline currently operates three flights a week from Ekaterinburg to Beijing; you can also fly to Harbin from Krasnoyarsk (twice a week), Novosibirsk (weekly), and Chelyabinsk (weekly), and to Guangzhou from Novosibirsk.  The company has plans to further expand the network of its services to People’s Republic of China from Russian regions.  In particular, flights from Irkutsk to Guangzhou will start on 1 April.   It is worth mentioning that, thanks to partnership relations between Ural Airlines and China’s largest air carriers -  Air China, China Southern Airlines, and Hainan Airlines – a passenger can continue travelling to any other city in China or South-East Asia.
