OREANDA-NEWS. April 04, 2012. An extraordinary General meeting of shareholders of JSC  EuroSibenergo was held in Moscow. The shareholders decided to elect the following persons to the Management Board of JSC  EuroSibEnergo:

E.V. Fedorov – Chief Executive Officer of JSC  EuroSibEnergo,

A.I. Prilepsky – Deputy Chief Executive Officer of JSC  EuroSibEnergo,

V.A. Solomin – First Deputy Chief Executive Officer of JSC  EuroSibEnergo,

B.P. Varnavsky – Technical Policy Advisor of JSC  EuroSibEnergo,

D.D. Pogosbekov – Chief Commercial Officer of JSC  EuroSibEnergo,

E.O. Tikhonov – Development Director of JSC  EuroSibEnergo,

O.P. Mishchenko – Human Resources Director of JSC  EuroSibEnergo,

I.A. Antonov – Chief Legal Officer of JSC  EuroSibEnergo.

In compliance with the Charter of JSC  EuroSibEnergo, the position of the Chairman of the Management Board is held by the CEO of JSC  EuroSibEnergo E.V. Fedorov.
