OREANDA-NEWS. April 09, 2012. Carrying on traditions of the previous years, E4 Group actively cooperates with the industry-related universities of the Russian Federation in order to involve young and high-potential specialists. Nowadays, the Company is cooperating with Ivanovo State Power Engineering University, Moscow Power Engineering Institute, and Bryansk State Technical University. Within the frame of the cooperation, the “Days of E4” are carried out annually, when students and graduates may learn more about carrier opportunities directly from the employees of the Company.

During the first quarter of 2012, we have implemented a number of activities within the frame of cooperation with the young to attract the best university graduates and to establish positive image of the Company as an employer for young professionals, which is interested in and aimed at professional development and promotion.

One of the latest projects has been implemented together with Ivanovo State Power Engineering University. The best eleven students did their pre-graduation internship for six weeks in Moscow headquarter. The future specialists had a unique opportunity not only to learn theory better and to extend their knowledge in power engineering industry, but also to accumulate necessary information for writing a graduation paper. According to Dmitry Metelev, Deputy General Director for Human Resources: “Involving young specialists is one of the most essential tasks for E4 Group. We intend to continue working in this direction by inviting young talented graduates to cooperate”.

As for the work at construction sites, it is the third time when E4 Group is arranging the “Students Construction Brigade 2012. The Third Call-in” for these purposes. This year we plan to attract approximately 40 students from the industry-related universities to the construction sites in Nyagan, Serov and Cherepovets cities.
