OREANDA-NEWS.  June 21, 2012. The Cabinet will develop incentives to encourage companies to build housing for young professionals working at these companies. That was declared by Prime Minister of Mykola Azarov at a Government sitting.

He noted on Monday, June 18, he attended the ceremony of hand over the keys to apartments for workers of Kyiv Aviation Plant: "The Government welcomes initiatives such as construction by the Antonov Company of housing for their young professionals.

Mykola Azarov believes the government should develop mechanisms to encourage business to solve the housing problem for their employees. "Who wants to grow dynamically should have a human resource strategy which provides substantial benefits package for qualified employees. And the government will support it," he said.
