Bank of East Asia (Trustees) Limited (“BEA Trustees”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Bank of East Asia (“BEA”) specializing in the Mandatory Provident Fund (“MPF”) business, announces that it has won the “Best MPF Scheme” Award in metroBox Magazine’s Prime Awards for Banking and Finance Corporations 2012 programme for the second consecutive year. BEA Trustees received this award in recognition of its outstanding performance among MPF providers in Hong Kong, reported the press-centre of BEA. 

BEA Trustees was judged by metroBox’s editorial board and a panel of judges in eight areas, namely product design, product promotion and implementation, performance, operating characteristics, innovation, quality, image, and social responsibility.

Mr. Patrick Li, Director & Chief Executive of BEA Trustees, received the award on behalf of the Company at the Prime Awards for Banking and Finance Corporations 2012 ceremony held on 10th August, 2012. “BEA Trustees is truly honoured to receive this recognition for a second year in a row. We will continue to enhance our MPF products and services in anticipation of the launch of the Employee Choice Arrangement on 1st November this year,” he said.
