OREANDA-NEWS. Rosinter Restaurants Holding, OJSC, announces that following an agreement with Catering at Railway Stations, OJSC, it will develop and operate its restaurants and coffee shops in the railway stations operated by the Passenger Stations Directorate - RZD affiliate.

Rosinter Restaurants Holding, OJSC (“Rosinter”, “The Holding”), the leading casual dining chain operator in Russia and the CIS (MICEX-RTS ticker: ROST), announces that according to its agreement with Catering at Railway Stations, OJSC (a subsidiary of the project office of the Directorate - RZD, OJSC - Razvitie vokzalov) the Company will open new restaurants and coffee shops under its key brands including IL Patio, Costa Coffee, T.G.I. Friday’s, and Planet Sushi, and under its trademarks for development in transportation hubs only - Mama Russia and American Bar & Grill - using the commercial infrastructure of the railway facilities operated by the Passenger Stations Directorate, affiliated to RZD. In 2013-2014, Rosinter is planning to gradually put into operation more than 13 outlets in Yaroslavsky, Kazansky, Belorussky, Paveletsky, and Leningradsky railway stations (Moscow, Russian Federation). The total floor area of the rented premises will amount to more than 4 000 sq. m.
