NTT Communications Corporation announced that it has further enhanced its Cloudn public cloud service with two High Memory Options for virtual server resources, either an 8CPU with 32GB of memory or a 16CPU with 64GB of memory, and Advanced Support for 24/7 customer support to handle failures and other emergencies, effective immediately.

High Memory Options are available for the virtual server plan of the Compute (FLAT Type) service, which customers use to select the network type to which global IP addresses are allocated for each virtual server. With expanded virtual server resources, customers are able to establish wide range of system infrastructure for websites that require high stability during heavy traffic spikes, such as social game sites, large-scale Web services, EC sites and advertising networks, and also to use big data, all at low cost on Cloudn.

For customers requiring more than regular support between 10AM and 5PM on weekdays, Advanced Support offers 24/7 assistance to deal with system breakdowns or other emergencies, allowing Cloudn to be used for mission-critical systems. Advanced Support is available for Compute (FLAT type), Object Storage, Relational Database, DNS, Load Balancing Advanced, PaaS, File Storage, CDN and AutoScaling.
