OREANDA-NEWS. During the period of 1-31 July 2014 construction works at the third and fourth phases of Sonyachna Brama residential complex (73-79 Lomonosova str., Kyiv) were carried out according to the schedule.

The following works took place at the third stage of the residential complex construction:

- landscaping, asphalt and paving slabs laying - 90% complete;

- decorative balcony parapets installation in residential buildings - 100% complete;

- facing works on terraces and balconies of residential buildings - 90% complete.

In the residential building B-12, the third phase of construction, the following works have been fully completed:

- facade works;

- roof covering works;

- entrance doors installation in apartments;

- doors installation in common areas;

- radiators installation.

In the underground parking lots G-7/10 and G8/11 switchboard rooms equipment installation was underway.

In the residential building B-6, the fourth phase of construction, the following works were underway:

- construction of the monolith frame of technical premises;

- brick laying works at the level of the 7th-8th floors.

In the residential building B-7, the fourth phase of construction, the following works were underway:

- construction of the monolith frame at the level of the 13th floor;

- brick laying works at the level of the 9th-10th floors.

Commissioning procedure of the third phase of Sonyachna Brama residential complex was started in June 2014.
