OREANDA-NEWS. August 13, 2014. The Information Center (IC) of the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) has received more than 217,000 hits from the beginning of its activity.

Bank’s press service informs that since early 2014 the Center received more than 56,000 hits, most of which accounted for calls (76%). Out of the total number of calls received by operators in the first half of 2014, 25% accounted for questions on credits, 23.2% on deposits, 17% on plastic cards, and 11% on e-services. The Center also responds to requests on the email address of the Bank (melumatmerkezi@ibar.az), and through online-consultation at the IBA website (http://www.ibar.az/).

The IC started full-scale activity in October 2011. By applying to the IC the customers and potential customers of the Bank can get detailed information about all the services and products offered by the Bank, a service network, current campaigns, etc. The IC is also engaged in receiving proposals on the IBA activities, banking products and quality of service.
