OREANDA-NEWS. October 07, 2014. Bakcell, The First Mobile Operator and The Leading Mobile Internet Provider of Azerbaijan, is bringing mobile signature service more closer to its all customers presenting Asan Imza prepaid cards. Until now the service has been available only for postpaid customers and the prepaid subscribers required to migrate to postpaid.

Bakcell Asan Imza prepaid cards can be obtained at ASAN Center #1 as well as all customers care centers in Baku and regions.

Fee for activation of 3-year Asan Imza service for postpaid and prepaid customers is 18 AZN on all three categories (individual persons, physical entrepreneurs and legal entities, and government officials).

Mobile signature implemented in collaboration with the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the mobile signature service operator B.EST Solutions LLC is a service for authentication through digital signature for officials of state bodies and organizations, representatives of legal entities, physical entrepreneurs and individuals by means of the SIM card of a mobile device.

The service can be activated on the customer’s existing number or a new SIM card. In order to activate the mobile signature service on an existing number, the customer requires a duplicate SIM.

Individuals, physical entrepreneurs, legal entities and government bodies (or the persons representing them) need to provide their ID cards and a letter from their organization to Bakcell Customer Care Centre representatives. Once the customers receive Asan Imza activated SIM, they will have to apply to the Asan Certification Services Centre of the Ministry of Taxes in order to activate the e-signature certificate.

In order to bring the Asan Imza service even closer to its customers, Bakcell will provide other ASAN Centers with Asan Imza prepaid cards in near future.
