Expert RA Rating Agency (RAEX) confirmed reliability and service quality rating A++ ("Exceptionally high/ the highest level of reliability and quality of services") of companies belonging to the business of VTB Capital Investment Management including VTB Capital Asset Management, VTB Capital Pension Reserve. The outlook for both ratings is stable.

The ratings of companies belonging to the business of VTB Capital Investment Management were positively influenced by high level of investment process organization and moderately high level of risk management system, moderately high results of asset management and broad client base.

Low diversification of client base was highlighted as a rating-restraining factor.

Expert RA was evaluated and certified as satisfying to ISO 9001:2008 demands in the following areas: assigning and actualizing expert assessments; analysis of markets and companies, survey activity; organization of business-forums, conferences and round tables. Rating methods were approved by leading international audit-consultation companies: PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte.
