OREANDA-NEWS. By the Order of the Bank of Russia Governor, Aleksey Voilukov, the head of the Southern Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (the city of Krasnodar), has been transferred to the position of the deputy director of the Bank of Russia Cash Circulation Department from 17 August 2015.

A.A. Voilukov has been heading the Southern Main Branch of the Bank of Russia from May 2014; previously he was in charge of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Krasnodar Territory and Division No. 1 of the Bank of Russia Main Territorial Branch for the city of Moscow. He has been working in the Bank of Russia since 1997.

By the Order of the Bank of Russia Governor, Oleg Kiselev has been appointed as the head of the Southern Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation from 17 August 2015.

Since February 2015, O.Yu. Kiselev holds the position of the head of the Far Eastern Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (the city of Vladivostok), previously he held the position of the first deputy head of the Bank of Russia Main Territorial Branch for the city of Moscow subsequently transformed into the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Central Federal District. He has been working in the Bank of Russia since 2005.

Sergey Levchakov, the first deputy head of the Bank of Russia Far Eastern Main Branch, will act as the head of the Bank of Russia Far Eastern Main Branch from 17 August.
