On Appointment of Provisional Administration to Insurance Company
OREANDA-NEWS. By its Order No. OD-3021, dated 2 November 2015, the Bank of Russia took the decision to appoint from 2 November 2015 a provisional administration to Reinsurance Company KAMA RE, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3117; location: 2 ulitsa Chuikova, block B, Kazan, 420021, Republic of Tatarstan; TIN 1644012166, PSRN 1031608002106; hereinafter, the Company).
The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken following the suspension of the Company's reinsurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2559, dated 24 September 2015).
The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.
Igor Rekunov (mailing address: 26 Yelovaya Alleya, apt. 38, Kaliningrad, Kaliningrad Region, 236038), member of the non-profit partnership Far Eastern Interregional Self-Regulatory Organisation of Receivers (P.O. Box No. 95/36, P.O. No. 6, Khabarovsk, 680006) has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the Company.
