Delta Bank's Board of Directors acknowledges offering of 10.0 mln ordinary shares KZ1C36500011 as failed
OREANDA-NEWS. Delta Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following information statement:

On January 25, 2016 the Board of Directors of Delta Bank JSC with regard to the issue of the agenda "Consideration of the issue of summarizing results of collecting orders for the Bank's shares being offered through the Exchange's trading system and summarizing the general results of the offering" unanimously took the following decision: to acknowledge the offering of ordinary authorized shares in the number of 10,000,000 ... pieces as failed".
