OREANDA-NEWS. Due to the decrease of the capital of the Moscow-based commercial bank INTERCOMMERTZ (limited liability company) or CB INTERCOMMERTZ (LLC) (Registration No. 1657) by over 30% against its maximum amount over the last 12 months with simultaneous violation of a statutory ratio established by the Bank of Russia, by its order the Bank of Russia has appointed a provisional administration to this credit institution for 6 months starting 29 January 2016.

The powers of the executive bodies of CB INTERCOMMERTZ (LLC) are suspended for the activity period of the provisional administration.

The prime goal of the provisional administration is to assess the financial standing of the bank.
