OREANDA-NEWS. August 30, 2016. QCR Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:QCRH) today announced that on August 25, 2016 the Company’s board of directors declared a cash dividend of \\$0.04 per share payable on October 5, 2016, to stockholders of record on September 16, 2016.
