“For a long time we have been able to provide free land for new enterprises. Right now we have introduced another initiative - this is rent for one ruble for three years. In fact, this is the provision of a platform with everything you need for a symbolic price. In order to primarily implement import substitution projects at these sites. Our land is provided free of charge. We also help start new projects,” said Andrey Vorobyov.

The governor recalled that the new proposal should attract additional companies that are engaged in import substitution programs.

“I would like to appeal to both the heads and the industry specialists on the operational search for such projects. A number of them, about five: for pharmaceuticals, building materials (insulants in particular) and for gasification boilers - we are already under consideration, ”said the Governor of the Moscow Region.

Vorobyov urged to look for and propose new projects in the field of import substitution, which are ready to come to work in the Moscow region.

The governor added that all developed technologies should be introduced in Russia and the Moscow region in particular, so as not to depend on the mood of foreign colleagues.

Companies ready to implement investment projects as part of import substitution will be able to lease plots under a simplified scheme. The land will be provided to them without bidding, with a fee of no more than one ruble for three years. You can apply for a site on the investment portal of the Moscow Region.
