OREANDA-NEWS The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia fined T-Bank for improperly advertising the card, according to the agency, the actions of the credit institution could mislead consumers, the agency said.
"The FAS fined T-Bank for improper advertising of the card. According to the agency, the actions of the organization could mislead consumers," the FAS said in a statement.
It is noted that the bank's radio ads contained information about unlimited transfers that was attractive to consumers. However, it lacked some essential information about the limit of transfers to other banks up to 20 thousand rubles and the commission for such transactions in the amount of 1.5%. This did not allow clients to obtain the information necessary for an informed choice about the financial service.
