OREANDA-NEWS. Today Belarus’ flags are lowered to half mast and all the entertainment TV shows are canceled in the country in a sign of grief and solidarity will Russia that declared 28 March the day of nationwide mourning due to the recent tragedy in Kemerovo.

Head of state Alexander Lukashenko has ordered the Belarusian flags to fly at half mast on 28 March. It has also been advised to cancel any entertainment TV shows and similar events, including those scheduled to be held in public places.
