OREANDA-NEWS  Blogger and designer Artemy Lebedev appreciated the contents of a telegram from Russian President Vladimir Putin sent to American leader Donald Trump on the occasion of the 250th anniversary of independence of the United States. In a news release available on the VKontakte social network, he drew attention to the subtle humor of the Russian leader in relation to his American colleague.

"Putin's speechwriters rather subtly Trump, the text turned out to be wonderful. Among other things, it says: "We were allies in two world wars, together we saved humanity from the horrors of Nazism, and then played an important role in establishing the foundations of the modern world order," Lebedev noted.

He said that Putin did not forget to mention Russia when congratulating the United States.

On July 4, the Russian president congratulated Trump on the Independence Day of the United States. In his address, he, in particular, pointed out the importance of establishing constructive, equal and mutually beneficial relations between Moscow and Washington.
