OREANDA-NEWS  China will suspend additional duties on goods from the United States for a year in accordance with the agreements reached, according to the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China.

"The additional customs duty of 24 percent on goods from the United States will be suspended for one year, while the additional duty of ten percent on goods from the United States will remain," the agency said in a statement.

The document notes that the continued suspension of certain duties contributes to the healthy, stable and sustainable development of bilateral trade and economic relations, benefits the peoples of both countries and contributes to global prosperity.
