OREANDA-NEWS  Last night, Muscovites again found frosts. Mikhail Leus, a leading specialist at the Phobos weather center, told about this in his Telegram channel.

Frosts hit the metropolis on the night of Wednesday, April 22. So, at the capital's flagship weather station VDNKH, the thermometer columns reached minus 1.3 degrees. At other Moscow weather stations, temperatures varied: in Butovo it got colder to minus 3.6 degrees, and in Baltschug the minimum temperature was above zero and amounted to plus 2.8 degrees. In the Moscow region, the temperature has traditionally dropped the lowest in the mountains — minus 5.6 degrees was recorded there. If the frosts practically did not stop in the Moscow region, then for Moscow it was the first such cold snap since April 10, the forecaster recalled.

On the night of Thursday, the 23rd, Leus does not expect frosts. However, they may return to the Moscow region on Friday.

Despite the frosts, Wednesday, April 22, will be the warmest day of the week for the capital's residents. The air in Moscow will warm up to plus 11-13 degrees and plus 9-14 degrees in the region. No precipitation is expected.
