OREANDA-NEWS   The forecast for the harvest of cereals and oilseeds, sugar beet and potatoes in Russia is at the level of last year and even better, said Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

"The forecast for a number of crops – cereals, oilseeds, sugar beet, potatoes – is at the level of last year, even better. Moreover, there is a positive trend in yields, largely due to high-quality fertilizers and plant protection products," Mishustin said, speaking at the plenary session of the Golden Autumn agro-industrial exhibition.

He stressed that the results of the agro-industrial complex's activities for 2025 are still preliminary and will be finalized after the harvesting campaign is completed.
