OREANDA-NEWS  The Qatari authorities have not yet decided whether they will give the Boeing 747-8 super-high-altitude aircraft to American President Donald Trump for $ 400 million as a gift. This was announced by Qatar's press attache to the United States, Ali Al-Ansari, in an interview with Politico.

He clarified that this issue is currently under consideration, but a final decision has not yet been made.

Earlier it became known that the royal family of Qatar may give Trump a Boeing 747-8 jet next week when the American leader visits the country. It will be handed over to him before the end of the presidential term, and after that it will become the property of the Trump Presidential Library.

In this regard, Congressman from the US Democratic Party Richie Torres demanded an investigation, noting that the plane would be the most valuable gift ever presented to the president by a foreign government.
