OREANDA-NEWS Taiwan has added several companies from Russia to its export control list, requiring local enterprises to obtain special licenses in order to supply products to them. This was announced by the Ministry of Economy on their website.
According to the report, Taiwan has added over 600 organizations, including companies from Russia, Pakistan, Iran, Myanmar, and mainland China, to the control list. However, it is not specified which specific Russian companies were added.
If manufacturers wish to export products to any of these companies, they will need to obtain a license beforehand. The report states that this is due to "national security concerns." If any Taiwanese companies attempt to export without permission, their goods will be prevented from entering the country.
