OREANDA-NEWS The Presidium of the Intellectual Property Rights Court (IPR), as well as the first instance of this court, refused the Hong Kong company Multigoods Production Limited, which asked to terminate the legal protection in Russia of the international trademark Hugo Boss, owned by the German company Hugo Boss AG, according to materials reviewed by RIA Novosti.

This international brand was registered in 2014, and legal protection, in addition to Russia, has been granted to it in the European Union, the United States, Australia, Israel, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Switzerland and China, and is currently valid until 2034.
