OREANDA-NEWS  The Philippines has declared a state of emergency amid energy shortages caused by the conflict between the United States and Iran. This is reported by CNN.

"Philippine Foreign Minister Maria Teresa Lazaro said that the country's oil reserves will last for 40-45 days. She spoke about the "domino effect" that will cause an increase in energy prices," the report says.

According to journalists, the country has introduced measures to save energy, subsidize fuel, reduce transportation costs, and take measures against speculation in the supply of petroleum products. Thus, the Philippines became the first country to declare such a regime due to lack of resources amid the Iranian conflict.

Earlier it was reported that Iran is ready to deploy more than one million fighters in the event of a US ground invasion of the Islamic Republic. As specified, in the event of a US invasion, not only trained Iranian military personnel, but also young people are ready to fight against the American army.
